I pay for a higher speed dsl through … I pay for a higher speed dsl through frontier and most days we can't even watch a streaming movie without being disconnected............I haven't been disconnect this many time since I used to have commonwealth telephone before frontier bought them.........buyer beware if you have any other option besides Frontier please jump on it !

Terrible Company Cable is garbage, internet cuts out, and landline stops working randomly. Every single worker I talk to obviously does not care and doesn't want to help. Don't buy just because they're the cheapest option. Don't waste your money. Spend the extra dollar to get better service.

I'm forced to use my iPhone as a hotspot. . . to write this review, which should tell you all you need to know about Frontier internet service. It's a complete joke. I am frequently unable to connect much of the day. When I do have a connection, speeds are super slow. I can take an hour to send an email with a 10 MB attachment because upload speeds are so slow. Customer service is friendly, but a joke. We have had line repair people sent to our home more times than I can count, without any successful resolution to our issues. The nanosecond that I have another internet provider option, I will be switching and canceling phone service.

Missed appointment I scheduled an appointment last Monday for service installation today. The install was to occur from 1-3. Beginning at 3:30 I started calling to find out when technician would arrive. I made 2 later calls each time being told they just communicated with installer and I was next for installation. Needless to say I waited till 8pm and no technician. When i called the toll free number I was told they couldn't reach anyone in Dallas office because it was after hours and he was located in Califirnia. They were not even able to reschedule me for the next day. Claiming earliest appointment was next week. So,I wait around all day. Frontier never bothers to call to say running late. Can't reschedule until next week. Unacceptable, I can honestly say I've never been treated so miserably and with no follow up. Stay away from this company and search elsewhere for tv and Internet service. Dissatisfied in Flower Mound, TX area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER INTERNET OPTIONS. Worst customer service ever. They price out $10 more than spectrum a month on the same service under their best promotion and, god forbid, you have to actually need them for something.. I cancelled my service and these thieves turned off my internet 2 days before my billing period ended. Totally pissed off. I would never recommend it to anyone.
