Watch out for this scam Watch out for this scam! $169 Australian dollars taken from my PayPal account today, I had the genuine impression that my "upgrade" was for the cost of $5, without agreeing to further deductions. Additionally the " mentions" of my work - all false! An organisation totally lacking in transparency and integrity. I've logged my complaint with them - no response, 12 hours later, considering legal action now.

This is extreemly redicules site and… This is extreemly redicules site and web serviece. I highly recommend that you don't sign up even, aside from paying for a memebership. it looks not only fraudlent but spamy too. I unsubsribed from their silly spamming message services 3 times but I still get stupid messages about my name is menitoned somewhere. The article I signed for them to access wasn't accessable anyway too!!! Don't even register with them it is too fishy and spamy

ACademia is in violation I keep getting emails that I am getting mentioned or used in academia papers, only trying yo charge me a huge amount for a premium upgrade. The pount is that anything i write or photograph is either compleetly copyrighted by me (So academia is in violation) or publisg unde creative comments share alike in witch case academia still is in violation. Third posibility is then just spamming me with email. Witch , in the way they do, is also in violation.

Signing up for a one month trial at 3… Signing up for a one month trial at 3 dollars.. A month later they take 99 dollars for an auto renew year suscription.. What a scam.. They might be within their rights, but this seems to intenational on their part... Guess that is the business plan, to make students fork over their money by a technicality, and clever auto renewal.. Bad look on their part.. Tried to get a refund, but guess that is a long shot, because it clearly is their method to make you think you pay 3 dollars for a month, and when you relish they have taken a whole year worth, yeah then they have your money..
