The worst internet provider I have ever dealt with. I work from home and my internet went down on 09.29.23 and earthlink has provided nothing but lies and delays. Everyday my internet is down I can not work. I have already missed 7 days and counting. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They promise a technician will come out I wait from 8-5 and he never shows up. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible, do not use this internet service. I canceled my account and while on the phone with the rep Alexa they took my money out anyway and she stated they will put it back after receiving equipment, when I asked why, she wouldn't give a valid reason. The internet service is overprice and not at all worth it. I was on the phone with her while I noticed right after she canceled my service she charged my account which is totally ridiculous. I filled out the form and I’m returning the modem today. I’ve only had it for a month and wasn’t under contract. If I could give you all a -15 I would.

Been with earthink for a few years and… Been with earthink for a few years and at first they were really good.I got a phone call last week that I needed to pay my bill to avoid it being terminated.I told the lady I would not have it until Friday.The lady said okni will note it in the system you will be paying it on Friday.So I wake up and it is not working so I called and the representative said we don't do extensions anymore.I told her about my phone call with the lady with said I was good until Friday.This representative already had a little snarky attitude off the rip and said it's disconnected and you owe 90 something dollars now instead of the 60 something.I asked her if the reconnect can be added to next months bill and she told me no they don't do that anymore.So I asked to speak to someone who could help me because i am struggling and she popped of with so you want to dispute a valid charge??? Who do you suggest I get to help you?She was really not polite and this wasn't the first time I'm really just about done with this company because some of them are really nice and some are so rude.

I was a 25 year Earthlink customer I am a 25 year Earthlink customer. Recent password reset which they said "you might have been hacked". Vague, inconsistent advice and failure to fulfill my repeated requests to have Earthlink Security contact me. When I told the help that I would have to terminate my service after 25 years they said "sorry for your inconvenience. Addt'ly, download speeds uniformly much slower than I was paying for. Overall very shabby service for the high monthly rates paid.

By far the worst company in… By far the worst company in communication and service. My internet was disconnected yesterday got it back up to date same day and the next day it’s still not back up and working . Agent says it’ll be on Monday!?? From Friday morning ?? Ridiculous. Even when getting the internet installed on my moving day they changed my dates around because it was more convenient for them to come on a different day than I scheduled! If I could go back to Spectrum or Verizon i would . But they are out of my area
