DENo feedback channel to this company The German email I received from this company was horrible. I wanted to offer feedback but there is no way as an applicant to reach anybody. Replying to the email doesn't work, the chat on the webpage is not for applicants, etc. The English language was also unclear and so avoided using them and found another way with my company. I am sorry for everybody who is asked to use this company.

CAAn active drain on the North American workforce This dreadful company uses (incorrect) questions generated from your home address and bank to check your background. If anything at all goes wrong they will keep you running in circles with short ID videos that must be kept under a comically small MB limit based around their terrible face recognition software until you are forced out of whatever position you were applying for. Terrible company using terrible verification methods.

GBDONT WASTE YOUR COMPANY'S MONEY… Worst service for background checks period. DONT WASTE YOUR COMPANY'S MONEY ON THEM. Two people, same history, same state lived in for their whole lives, same counties and cities, same clean criminal history; only one exception. One of these people is Male and one Female. Guess how long the man's check took? 4 days... The female's took over a month. Both people applied to the same company and did the same process. The female inquired why her background check took so much longer considering her's should of went through the same courts, same state. CHECKR did nothing to explain the difference in wait times. Estimated completion date for her's went from October 18 2023 to November 21 2023. Ridiculous. Another company, same 2 people took a week for both. Obviously CheckR has either a bias towards females, a retaliation procedure for people who inquire or they are just LAZY!

GBPoor product descriptions The product descriptions say that the background checks are sufficient for school district employees and teachers. However they do not provide the required fingerprinting level check for these position. So I wasted money that they will not refund on BG checks that don't actually meet the minimum standard for the industry. The customer service was no help and displayed no interest in resolving my issues.

GBTerrible customer service For anybody that says its super fast well they must get paid to swy that! I don't even have a background to have a background check! Its taken two weeks and still waiting for results bunchnof bs you cant get ahold of anyone but a bot poor customer service!! Terrible company if i could hive a zero star that would be my choice
