GBAbysmal customer service Abysmal customer service, 30 day notice period to cancel and company only agreed to cancel account after multiple emails sent. No real desire to treat their customers fairly at all. Stay well clear. Their consistent 1 star ratings on TrustPilot clearly shows you all you need to know about SMTP.COM.

GBI have got an email that stated the… I have got an email that stated the following: Hello , During our screening process, we determined that your account meets sufficient criteria for denial. As a result your order has been rejected. Please note, that our system has canceled your payment order, and you will not be charged. The screening process is put in place to cut down on abuse and to discourage spammers and scammers from using SMTP Thank you for understanding. Kind Regards, Compliance Team SMTP.com I have even called this company to see what this was. They did not have any information for me, such as what product nor services was i tring to set up. I own a few companies and never had any issues. this company does seem more like a scam than anything..

ROworst company ever worst company ever, the service didn't even work, even their emails didn't arrived to me :))))) i'm trying to get my money back but they take a lotttt to respond. and i cant even get my company card out of their website, you can't cancel your subscription so they just take your money from your account this should be illegal, scam company for sure

NLSMTP never worked & Refuses to cancel We never got SMTP to work despite following their setup guide. Customer Service could not help quickly either but did keep sending automated reminders asking if they could help. And you cannot cancel via the site: we're trying to cancel by mail but they still have not confirmed cancellation despite 3 very clear requests to do so.

GBThis by far the worst add-on… This by far is the worst add-on I've had with Wordpress. I was using Google which worked perfectly well, But was slow and had limitations. As this was one of the recommended sites I decided to use it The biggest mistake I ever made. From Day One I had problems with errors after over 12 contacts and hours on the phone finally got the system to work. in the middle of our first mailing to our members, Without notice ,STMP.com, Stopped mailing to our members . After two days on the phone and numerous emails, Apparently somewhere along the line they said I was sending spam out. This was our member list. And some members were upset that they did not get the correspondence. Their support is terrible, Each email or phone call you're starting over completely like they take no notes. I would not recommend them to anyone. We switched back over to Justhost as primary and google as secondary, and have had no problem since, Justhost was extremely helpful and everything works well
