Horrible experience with their service Horrible experience with their service. Very unprofessionals and bad customer service. This company lied and stole from us. We signed up for their service in April and to date we haven't received all the equipment per contract. Aside for this they charged our account for equipment that was already included on our contract!!! Do not sign up for this service save your time and money is not worth it.

Poorly executed idea The interface is poor. The videos, are poor from a technical stand point. The content is good. But having to see incomplete assignments is irritating even after watching them several times. A lot of the time there’s also no sound. Updating scores is inconsistent. The assigned scores are useless without knowing what where when and how we are being docked points. Making the scores irrelevant and arbitrary. The idea is great but very poorly executed.

After 4 months After 4 months, we have still not been able to correct a billing issue. I have been contacted 3 times, each I was told someone get back with me to resolve the issue. So far, nothing has been resolved and Azuga took it upon themselves to charge my credit without my permission for 3 months.

On numerous occasions On numerous occasions, I have looked back in my trip log and it had me going a route that I never took. I have no idea how A GPS system could just make up a route that I didn’t drive. At first I thought it was a fluke but it happens quite often. Also in the past, I have receive notifications of no GPS signal or I have been told that it is unplugged. On these occasions I did not even drive the vehicle that day. Ultimately I was questioned by my fleet manager and was told not to diss connect it even though I explained I didn’t drive the vehicle.

AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID with all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is very poor, I was waiting on hold for hours!!! Nothing works very well, they change terms and conditions how they like. Now when I canceled with them, they said that I'm lucky that I was with them for more than 1 year (of hell) so it will be only a fee of $50 per device (if it's less than 1 year it's a fee of $100 per device). I feel very lucky, thank you Azuga for the WORST service possible.
