GBHorrible experience with their service Horrible experience with their service. Very unprofessionals and bad customer service. This company lied and stole from us. We signed up for their service in April and to date we haven't received all the equipment per contract. Aside for this they charged our account for equipment that was already included on our contract!!! Do not sign up for this service save your time and money is not worth it.

GBPLEASED THAT I DID NOT ALLOW AZUGA ACCESS TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT! After multiple sales calls from Azuga, they reduced the price to a price point that I agreed to pay. Then when the "sales manager" did not call at the appointed time on a Friday night, I said "red flag." If they are sketchy on the front end of closing the deal, my opinion is that they would not improve as time passes. 2 Weeks have passed and my phone is ringing 6 times and more per day with sales calls from Azuga using foreign area codes and various numbers to mask who is calling. When I answer, a person will pretend familiarity and then begin pitching. Since then, I have read these reviews and I am pleased that I did not allow them to access my checking account. My instinct told me to say, "No," and I believe that was the correct response.

GBYour speed limits do not match up with… Your speed limits do not match up with what is posted on the roads. People get hit for speeding even though they are following the signs posted. Need to make a gps for phones that show what your company has for the speed limits.

GBThis company has the worse customer service!!!… This company has the worse customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I have been trying to simply cancel our service for we have no further need for them. I began back in October 2023, and I am still today in February 2024 trying to finalize the cancellation while they continue to charge me for services I am not using. When you call you are on hold forever and many times the call disconnects. If you ask to speak with a manager, they say there is not any available and they will call you back, but of course you do not receive any calls. Emails, calls, messages all go unanswered multiple times. I just now received shipping labels to return items, but with zero instructions of what and for which label. I requested they remove any auto payments to my card back in November 2023 and today in February 2024 they charged my card over $1000 dollars. I am still waiting on answers with no response, and I have decided to report their charges as fraudulent. Do not recommend this company to anyone with this horrible customer service.

GBSCAM!!!This company is the worst ever 1 year… This company is the worst ever 1 year trying to cancel after 22 year contract. Hold then hang up the Hold hang up promise call backs that never happen then keep telling me someone will call back. Then keep charging and charging. This company is biggest scam ever!!!
