IEDO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT I ordered a prepaid SIM card for 10 EURO. And then the problems began. The card didn't arrive. Customer service via email couldn't help, the chat didn't work. After a very long phone call I was told they couldn't just send a new card. After further discussions they were ready to send one. It arrived at some point, but couldn't be activated. More emails and then conversations with support. Nobody was able to activate this card. So I canceled the order. Shortly afterwards 15 euros were debited. For a 10 euro prepay plan. And then another 10 euros. The support only gives excuses, I feel really ripped off. Never again with this company!

NLPay as u go ripp off Got the pay as u go sim plus 15 euro voucher loaded it up rang 1740 to see how much credit I had 0 credits.....pumped in the voucher number again automatic voice said this voucher was used ....wat a joke ripped me off for 15 euro 30min with online help I don't no why it is called help line ...???tesco ripped off just stay with the food ...

IEI have been a customer for 8+ years,My… I have been a customer for 8+ years,My wife and children also with Tesco.I must say they used to be really good to deal with but now always under the same excuse of data protection they have you running around in circles, cant transfer a number cant get information on why my top ups are not working.Customer service has become a joke
