GBPAYG top up Voucher SCAM warning If you have a PAYG top up Voucher the small print on the voucher states " Expires 12 months after purchase date" There is no other mention what to do. Getting a lot of conflicting feedback dialling4455 some saying go back to the store you purchased it from and others state its "NOT REFUNDABLE" I challenged this with TESCO HO "I exchanged a £20 note for that voucher that would have been refunded on day 364 but then on day 366 you keep £20 note and have given nothing back in return. How does that work and why does it need by date. Clearly explain why there is no mention its NOT REFUNDABLE on the voucher as that makes it non valid claim and a scam where I would have told you where to stick that £20 voucher. Lets see how the ombudsman deals with this. Also learnt today if you do not make a call in 3 months all PAYG credit get erased as i spend many months overseas

IETop Up rip off. Tesco mobile offer a 15euro top up for 5 euro in clubcard vouchers. They promise to give back the change to your clubcard account, eg a 6 euro voucher used to buy a top up should result in 1 euro change. They are keeping the change instead of returning it to the customer. Three phone calls to their help line has failed to fix this. They told me in was an IT problem and would take a number of days to fix and that they would call me back. They gave me a reference number for the case and put my name on the clubcard account so that I would not have to call my wife to the phone for permission for them to discuss it with me. They never called me back. Months later I phoned them. They knew nothing about it. It was as though the earlier conversation had never occurred. Tesco haven't a shred of integrity.

IEStealing money from customers … Absolutely annoyed with the way things run at tescomobile. Long story short - I was charged 3x€10 for attempted top up that hasn't gone trough as simply I kept missing one digit of the phone number. Despite contacting my bank and sending them a proof of the transactions nothing can be done. I wonder how many people has been robbed like myself ...

IE0 Stars for mobile data 0 Stars for mobile data , no connection at all, even in the city . If you top up 20 EUR, doesn't give you anything extra , same as you top up with 15 EUR, only 5 euro extra on your balance, that can easily be used by using some data or doing a phone call. I hope, to switch to Vodafone sooner or later as Tesco is one of the worst providers, when comes to mobile data
