a joke a joke, if you expect to just purchase some assets to be able to use for a project, make sure your project has no deadlines. paid for it and still waiting for my order to be processed, created a ticket, still waiting for that answer too.

Good experience on buying and selling I've been using Turbosquid for years and my experience is very good. When I need a 3d model it's my first resource, I've found good free models and when I buy them they quality is professional. I also use it to sell my products, they always pay on time, I never had any problem. The chat is not so helpful (the support ticket is better) but it remains one of the best website for 3d models.

Turbo SQUID is a terrible company they… Turbo SQUID is a terrible company they literally will take money for an 3D model you pay for and not give you the item. There customer service sucks even more chat support online is useless no number to contact anyone and if you call all you get is an answering service. Many good things come out of Louisiana but TurboSquid is not one of those things they are a terrible company in every sense of the word use other means to buy 3d models not TurboSquid!

useless there's straight up no download button on the 'Downloads' page (which I was taken to after clicking the big orange 'download' button for a free model). i have tried on multiple different browsers. the sites FAQ page was insufficient. I wouldn't bother getting an account to download free models. this site is useless, something seems very wrong with it.

Complete Scam company Complete Scam company. DO NOT USE!! I bought a model 12 days ago that I needed for an important project. They took my money instantly, but after 2 weeks my model purchase is still under review. I never got it. I put in a ticket for support with no response now for 12 days. The request a refund button no longer works. And you can chat with anyone at support anymore. It just takes you to articles to read when you click on the chat with support button. Go spend your money elsewhere. All Turbo Squid does anymore is take your money and leaves you with nothing.
