This is a SCAM! Watch Out They charged me after cancelling my membership with their "5 days excuse". I got asked like 5 times if I was sure, offered me a discount and still after stating no and getting a confirmation on the app, they charged me the fee. When I placed a claim they said I should have claim 5 days after. I check my bank statement at the end of the month so this is definitely a scam

Refund issue escalated to bank dispute This company double charged me twice in a year. Even though I provided bank statements for the debits from their business address, I had to raise a dispute with the bank. I understand if they cannot see the charge, my dispute will be processed and taken care of. But, why not fix the system that did this twice in a year?

It's a newer product, so the UI is a little unpolished, but their team is working hard to make it better. We love it. Our customers love it. Not sure how we lived without it before!

Terrible Customer Service Great app, but terrible customer service when you're having billing issues. Just no response to emails etc.
