Definitely not satisfied with Frase Frase is far behind other great AI writing tools. Frase options don't work properly and it doesn't give many ideas from its AI. Instead, it only replaces the synonyms and some minor mistakes from the text which are useless and will eventually fall into plagiarism. The worst thing about frase is that it doesn't give the option of rephrasing the whole paragraph in contrast it only rephrases a single sentence at once. The tool's UI/UX is also not impressive.

Multi-featured content creator. Although Frase is designed to be a content creator I have found myself focused on using it's amazing Answer feature which is like an FAQ/Chatbot combo. It has forced me to rethink the value of FAQs because of it's schema feature. I have yet to fully explore or utilize all of the main features but I'm sold already.

Their unsubscribe button in their email… Their unsubscribe button in their email lists do not work. I told them this, but they did not fix it. And I am still getting their super enoying marketing emails.

Terrible Customer Service Great app, but terrible customer service when you're having billing issues. Just no response to emails etc.

Promising company that ended with lost money/time I rarely leave reviews. I just don't have the time. In this case, I will make an exception. Frase appeared to be a promising team with a solid product. Unfortunatley for me, that turned out to not be the case. Facts: - I had documents on their servers that I paid to create. - Frase servers go down. - Frase lost my documents due to a rookie mistake about user transfer rights. - Customer service promised the docs could be recovered, which was a relief. They weren't recovered. - I lost money (about $650) and time. Could say it was my mistake in not backing up key workflow documents elsewhere. But I thought I was in good hands. Be careful. Don't trust startup companies with your key processes. Frase may have a suitable product, but their execution thus far is not strong. Lesson learned. 2 star rating due to risk level. Can't continue using the product.
