GBNot going well Not going well, pretty much echo what others are saying below. Payments are withdrawn from my checking account immediately and then take 4 to 7 days to pay my vendor, which is a credit card and I know it’s electronic exchange. I miss Paytrust big time It will probably be canceling service soon. Still does not interface with a pad or Apple yet. Pretty crappy customer service to.

GBSilvers are the BEST !!!! My Elderly Aunt due to her Age is not able to pay her Bills, we decided to research organizations to make that transition. Silverbills came to our rescue, they explained the process and for the past years they are the best decision that was made. They are caring, Professional and very excellent in every way. I highly recommend their services for those in need for their loved ones !!!!

GBI just canceled my service I just canceled my service. I was a loyal Paytrust user for several decades. Silverbills is a diaster. Stay away. They didn't follow my auto-pay rule for my mortgage and skipped a month. The bank felt sorry for me and waived the penalty but I had to go IN-PERSON to the bank and explain what happened. Run! As fast as you are able. Very sad to see what happened to PayTrust. It was good for so many years.

GBAVOID SILVERBILLS Incompetent! Three (out of 3) payments (late, improperly sent) are lost in electronic and snail-mail purgatory. Silverbells is VERY sorry, of course, as I rack up late fees. Site can’t handle Safari, so I quitting this irresponsible, inept service is another nightmare. AVOID THIS SERVICE
