GBSilverbills BROKE Paytrust Like everyone else has said, Silverbills BROKE Paytrust. Protip: when you take over another company, you can probably get away with a price hike UNLESS you "break cover" by interrupting your customers' workflow (don't pay their bills). As they say, "You had ONE JOB!!!"

GBSLOW PAYMENTS AFTER FUNDS WITHDRAWN Sliver Bills took over Paytrust and I had credit card payments pulled from my checking account, but it took over 10 days to pay the credit cards. The credit cards refunded my late fees on all 4 credit cards fortunately. However, there online bill payment system is NOT state of the art, but very rudimentary. I would not recommend using Paytrust while under Silver Bills management.

GBDitto previous recent reviews Ditto previous recent reviews. Silverfish is withdrawing funds from my bank and not paying assigned bills! Over 7 days after withdrawal Chase has still not been paid. So, Silverbills is essentially making $$ on this float of days. Calls were answered by person unable to explain or assist. Dancing close to fraud!

GBI have been charged $19.99 a month from… I have been charged $19.99 a month from SilverBills since January 2024. I never authorized this service and have never logged into SilverBills. Two times I was told in writing that I would not be charged again. They are still charging me and will not respond to my calls. Who can I turn to?

GBAVOID SILVERBILLS Incompetent! Three (out of 3) payments (late, improperly sent) are lost in electronic and snail-mail purgatory. Silverbells is VERY sorry, of course, as I rack up late fees. Site can’t handle Safari, so I quitting this irresponsible, inept service is another nightmare. AVOID THIS SERVICE
