GBThey incorrectly report an accident as… They incorrectly report an accident as being an at fault and the customer had to pay increased premiums for over 2 years. although this was brought to their attention, they have chosen to do nothing about it. They should be held responsible.

GBThe service is not useful to me or my… The service is not useful to me or my organization. The service is poor. Sadly, the problem gets worse if you call customer service, because all they can do is send you to your Representative who is the WORST. I believe they don't have a customer satisfaction clause because I don't believe they can satisfy anyone with the support they provide. I blame myself listening to perfumed words. Do not sign the contract.

GBIncompetent and Untrustworthy Reporting System These people had 2 documented accidents on my juvenile 16 y/o daughter's driving record 3 years prior to getting her driver's license. She wasn't even driving yet. This error cost me an extra $1500/year in extra premium Despite requesting correction of this erroneous and fictious report they were unable to carry out the correction even after giving them all the necessary documents. They were completely unresponsive, impossible to get a hold of, and a poorly communicative organization by email and telephone. They will put you on hold forever then hang up on you. Progressive Insurance should drop these people as a reporting service. They have no customer service and are flat out incompetent.
