Was good, but not now. The support answer fast. BUT, I don't know who decided to not save login details as it was before. This is a very bad decision and for it I give just 1 star. Make life easier, do not complicate it. There is no sense "for privacy reasons", no. All other companies saves login details or create a quick "pin" but you ask to insert the STRONG password + login email every time I want to use it.

I have tried several times to activate the VPN and it tells me 'login error' when instead everything is correct with my log on details. Also, when I click 'help' it takes me to a page where it says that 'safervpn' refuses to connect'. Honestly, I do not know what to think! I cannot even go to their official home page because I get the same response.. what shall I do? I am really disappointed!!

I need to contact "Simon Webber" at customer support EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this app. I'm not exaggerating - EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's like asking a parent if I can use the internet, please? have been with SAFER for just over 5… have been with SAFER for just over 5 yrs now and find them reliable to a tee. never drops out in middle of ones session. Only downside is having no terminal [ if that is the word I'm looking for ]. in Philippines and therefore my friends can not open their Skype or Facebook unless the connection is tricked into thinking you are actually in the Philippines. Are you trying to work towards getting one there .
