GBHad their service for years and it… Had their service for years and it worked great!!! Recently - over the last 3 weeks - their service does not connect at all. Spent hours online with their technical support - no solution! Be aware that you will not get any money back unless you cancel the service within the first 30 days. I have 6 months left ....

ITWas good, but not now. The support answer fast. BUT, I don't know who decided to not save login details as it was before. This is a very bad decision and for it I give just 1 star. Make life easier, do not complicate it. There is no sense "for privacy reasons", no. All other companies saves login details or create a quick "pin" but you ask to insert the STRONG password + login email every time I want to use it.

FRextensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working pretty good app, but it is puzzling how the extensions for Chrome and Firefox are not working properly, I have continuous problems that not even the service can solve. I regret having made the three-year subscription and obviously they will not refund me

NLReliable and with a great customer support service I've been using SaferVPN for3 years now and I am thoroughly satisfied by the software. Smooth, easy to install and maintain, and of course with a Chrome plug-in. On top of its technical features, it also comes with an amazingly efficient customer service team. Both times I've needed them, they replied immediately and solved the admin/tech issues straight away. Highly recommended.

DESaferVPN's billing department cheats This rating is ONLY for SaferVPN's billing department. They are not worth any star! I am the owner of a 3 year subscription and all over satisfied. A few weeks ago I complained about the Amazon Prime Video service is not working. The Online Helper did not understand my partial complains and started a cancellation process with refund. Within an email I explained the fault and payed a new 3 year subscription. I got an email that they will transfer the advised refund to my account I paid from which was PayPal. This was 4 weeks ago and up today no money arrived. I am complaining every day via email and receive a ticket number but no single response. The billing department is a cheating department!
