And when you quit, they automatically continue to take money from your credit card and when you ask for a refund, they say you didn't quit on time? Thieves and swindlers are called that today and no more. Update 22.08.2023 I have to write a positive update. After my reaction, Safer VPN got back to me without me telling them anything and they returned the money, which was taken from my credit card for a service I don't use. To be understood correctly, the Safer VPN service I tested worked as it should, but Netflix and other services did not work for me because they all collect our information, Google, FB, YouTube, Netflix, and if you have a VPN, then there is no information and the service is blocked. VPN was useless for me too. SaferVPN thanks and keep it up.

I paid for subscription annually I paid for subscription annually. Money was taken from my Apple account but service was not provided. I contacted Safervpn several times by email and sent payment details. They eventually replied saying they had problems with Apple payments and suggested I ask Apple for a refund. I contacted Apple and they refused the refund. I have lost my money and have service from Safervpn. RIP off.

Just come back to the UK after a few… Just come back to the UK after a few months abroad. I have tried several times to activate the VPN and it tells me 'login error' when instead everything is correct with my log on details. Also, when I click 'help' it takes me to a page where it says that 'safervpn' refuses to connect'. Honestly, I do not know what to think! I cannot even go to their official home page because I get the same response.. what shall I do? I am really disappointed!!

have been with SAFER for just over 5… have been with SAFER for just over 5 yrs now and find them reliable to a tee. never drops out in middle of ones session. Only downside is having no terminal [ if that is the word I'm looking for ]. in Philippines and therefore my friends can not open their Skype or Facebook unless the connection is tricked into thinking you are actually in the Philippines. Are you trying to work towards getting one there .
