FRI have to say that I was happily… I have to say that I was happily suprised by the quality of the service both in term of email responses, fast and detailed, and the price. One certificate was not working and I have been refunded. I can recommand.

BEBought a certificate, no reaction except for automated emails. Bought a certificate. Have a question, but no response at all. This company is dead apparently. UPDATE: I was contacted by them after this post here. Turned out that the support ticket system changed rules for them and automatically closed my tickets somehow. So that was all by accident. I was contacted by email and everything is sorted out now. As I was happy with them earlier, I can't blame them for this situation, so that I why I'm changing this back to 5 stars as they were great before.

AMSupport tickets not answered, company is dead I purchased a 4-year code signing certificate in 2020, but the certificate I received was valid only for 3 years. I've been told that a new certificate will be auto-issued when the time comes - it never happened. I tried contacting kSoftware by email and by phone multiple times - no response. Sectigo answered that they also cannot help. Ended up buying a new cert from SSL.com.

GBThis company has gone bad This company has gone bad. I got software signing certificates from K Software since 2011. Never had an issue until 3 years ago, when I purchased a 4 year certificate but only received one for a 39 months. Was promised to get the remaining 9 months automatically at the end of the period, but all I get is spam emails. My emails about this issue remain unanswered, except for an automatic response.

DENever, never deal with them! We purchased a certificate from K Software in April. Unfortunately, Sectigo couldn't verify our certificate, so we reached out to K Software for a refund (as suggested by Sectigo support). However, K Software has not responded to our emails and phone calls. As a result, we've lost our money for a 3-year certificate. I've noticed that K Software is not out of business; they've made all the necessary changes on their site to generate more revenue. Sadly, they don't seem to care about their paying customers.
