And they're gone And they're gone. Their website redirects to wix. App was removed from the app store. If you had the app installed, you cannot log in anymore. They don't reply to emails either. They took the money and ran.

I've tried MULTIPLE VPN providers, desperately seeking one that actually works here. Yodata has genuinely surprised me by 1) working so well 2) being a relatively unknown (at least, to me) VPN provider, yet offering a product worthy of "Big Name" recognition! I have not had any experiences with their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. However, purchasing was smooth, set-up was extremely easy, and the actual VPN service has been fast and consistent. I've only had the product for a month, but WILL update my review/rating should I have ANY issues of the negative variety. I want to bring trust back to reviews again...doing my little part!
