GBGreat customer support! I really had no idea what to expect in terms of support from Yodata. I had a very poor experience with another vpn provider and could never get it to work. I finally gave up. I am VERY happy to say the support from Yodata is excellent. I was having a connection issue with my iPad and contacted them via email. I received a very quick response. It took some back and forth, but it now works great. I teach marketing and management and I can say this is the kind of patience and tenacity that keeps customers and secures new customers. BTW, almost no loss in speed and the price cannot be beat!

BRI made a mistake but you corrected it I was having a lot of trouble because of a typo in the e-mail I signed in. It took some time for the mistake to be discovered but Isaac was incredibly supportive and discovered the error. It all went well after the error was discovered and fixed. Thank you all!

BEAnd they're gone And they're gone. Their website redirects to wix. App was removed from the app store. If you had the app installed, you cannot log in anymore. They don't reply to emails either. They took the money and ran.

GBParent Company in US. No logging is BS! Parent Company Fia Technologies is located in North Hollywood, CA. That "No logs" assertion can not be believed for the US users of this VPN.
