Filewave has been a trusted partner for… Filewave has been a trusted partner for several years, we could not manage our one-to-one environment without them. Their team has always been responsive and easy to approach, and the software solid. Filewave is a valued member of our team.

Doesn't handle system updates very… Doesn't handle system updates very well. Tries to install ALL updates for any device in a group that was needed to All devices in the group. Often does not install all of the needed updates, requiring the manual installation of those updates. Simple issues are resolved quickly. Other issues take a huge amount of time to resolve. I have spent so much time providing feedback for ongoing issues, I begin to wonder if I was being used as a beta tester. They could do much better, but honestly they don't. Over the years I have used this product, I have had to abandon most of the features and mostly any more only use the application reporting functions. This is most disconcerting considering the hundreds of hours I have invested in this software.

I find most all of your support team… I find most all of your support team very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good customer service. Quick to respond and follow up.
