Customer service sucks Going on 24 days since I place my order with no replies back from customer support with past emails.5 of them makes you feel like you're getting ripped off I would understand if they were contacting me back telling me they're still working on it but just ignoring me really sucks I want to contact my bank and stop payment on the credit card but I'm not tired when I'm out for couple more days and if it turns out they didn't lock it I will post good things about him but right now they suck

I have unlocked my uk vodafone blacklisted iphone6 It is very very very good service they promesed my for 7 days but the 6th day my iphone6 was unlocked and i have sent many emails and they answered me for each one very good service 6 stars/5 the only inconvient it is an expensive service Excellent service on m'a promis que mon iphone6 sera débloqué après 7 jours mais au bout du 6ème jour il était fonctionnel Et je leur ai envoyer plusieurs emails et ils m'ont répondu sur chaqu'un ils méritent vraiment les 5 étoiles .le seul inconvient c'est que c'est un peu chèr le service

All the 4-5 Star reviews are Fake. - no support email ID or Phone. - Not responsive at all on the pre-sales email support(at) myimeiunlock(dot)com - After ordering the unlock, be ready to feel like your money is GONE. - You guys claim that you are genuine unlock guys than what is the reason behind non responsiveness over email and no contact details? - If you claim to unlock within 1-3 business days, do you mean it? Guys beware, pay more to other but avoid this service.

My iPhone still locked with Softbank 6 weeks after paying them Although their website is professional and they sometimes reply back to email, I still find their service unacceptable. I paid $89 to unlock my iPhone 6 Plus, they sent me an email that the job is completed. This is not the case, my phone is still locked with Softbank. I had to contact them, reconfirmed my IMEI number. The Customer Service got back to me saying they were passing it to their Support team as they can see it is still locked with a specific carrier. 6 weeks later, nothing happened. I've been trying to get in touch but no luck. If this is the standard service this company provides, I would like to advise others to look elsewhere.

The ordering process was easy, the unlock from AT&T took 24 hours from order, and the iTunes process was simple. My iPhone 6s plus is running its new sim without issue. My comparable lock done directly with the carrier was much more painful. The AT&T unlock site is a pain, the email back and forth codes take a bunch of time, and the elapsed time from starting the process to the unlock is most easily measured in days, often including a failure of some sort.
