My iPhone still locked with Softbank 6 weeks after paying them Although their website is professional and they sometimes reply back to email, I still find their service unacceptable. I paid $89 to unlock my iPhone 6 Plus, they sent me an email that the job is completed. This is not the case, my phone is still locked with Softbank. I had to contact them, reconfirmed my IMEI number. The Customer Service got back to me saying they were passing it to their Support team as they can see it is still locked with a specific carrier. 6 weeks later, nothing happened. I've been trying to get in touch but no luck. If this is the standard service this company provides, I would like to advise others to look elsewhere.

Not recommended to anyone If anyone want to stuck there money go ahead and try them ordered last to last week but still in processing and and no one is reply to my emails order number is 11415969 .

Customer service sucks Going on 24 days since I place my order with no replies back from customer support with past emails.5 of them makes you feel like you're getting ripped off I would understand if they were contacting me back telling me they're still working on it but just ignoring me really sucks I want to contact my bank and stop payment on the credit card but I'm not tired when I'm out for couple more days and if it turns out they didn't lock it I will post good things about him but right now they suck

Does exactly what it says!!! It took 7 days and I thought I'd been scammed, I got one reply and my last two asking for an update was ignored but I was being impatient... Recommended 7-14 business days took 7... My phone is now unlocked and I'm enjoying freedom of choice with provider :-)
