GBI have not been able to get in contact… I have not been able to get in contact with Solve IQ. There telephone numbers are out of services or disconnected and they don't respond back to your e-mails. Is Solve IQ the same as Driver Support One. Solve IQ used to have a chat option and able to get a hold of a tech. All three telephone numbers are out of service or disconnected. How do I get a hold of this company and talk to a real person rather than a bot in a chat window under Driver Support One as Solve IQ doesn't have a chat option at this time. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. I used to really like the Service of Solve IQ until recently, not being able to connect with a tech. If anyone has any information on how to get in touch with a human representative, please provide this information. I don't want to delete Solve IQ and then download Driver Support One if this is going to be the same issues.

GBI cannot get anyone to address my… I cannot get anyone to address my problem. I'm sure Kyle will answer this review and say they've answered my emails. However, they're not helping me fix the issue. Every time I log in, it asks me to renew my subscription, which I've already done. I don't want to be charged a second time. KYLE-can you refund me my money and make sure I'm no longer charged?

GBMy experience with Solve iQ was not a happy one I was looking for a utility program with which I could update drivers in my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop. Solve iQ looked like the solution to my problem so I downloaded it. As it turned out, I had difficulty probably because I have had very little experience with this type of software. Let me say right now that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE FOLKS AT SOLVE IQ! The chat folks came to my rescue, but I was unable to follow their instructions primarily because my laptop "did not cooperate" with the software. It just wasn't intuitive to my 83 year old eyes. So I uninstalled Sove iQ and cancelled my automatic payments, which by the way I was unaware of when I purchased the software. If I hope I have not caused anyone any inconvenience over this. The issue was a degree of user-friendliness and my inexperience.

GBNeed help getting HELP I've sent multiple emails and made more than two dozen calls trying to get help for an issue I'm having. Two weeks has passed and nothing. These people used to be good and I was happy but it seems like they might just be cashing checks and taking naps. Don't sign up.

AUDo Not Waste Your Money Have to say trying to cancel this is ridiculously difficult. Can’t login, can’t reset password. What a joke. Not a happy customer who keeps getting charged for no reason.
