About Wisper Internet

The idea of connecting others started when a friend didn’t have Internet access at his business. After a little research, a few maxed credit cards, and hard work, Wisper Internet was born. Wisper thrived by bridging the gap in rural America with high-speed Internet. Headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois, our creative rockstar team is known for problem-solving and entirely spot-on customer service. With an ever-growing squad, you can find us across Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Patience Patience is the best word I can say the Technical support team have. I get very frustrated when someone is trying to help me either get back online or I have problems with Mail. Whoever is helping me, that person is so patient with their directions and are very explicit with all directions. I never feel belittled. I have no fear in asking for help.

14204 Shadylane Drive Neosho Missouri - no Internet and still getting charged 14204 Shadylane Drive Neosho Missouri ( 8-9-21 )5 stars for Technician who was here. Haven’t had good service since April 2021 when I contacted you. I understand 911 emergency tower was installed on same frequency and Liberty electric smart meters on same frequency. But why are we getting billed for little or no Internet. Rodney Ellis 1-417-389-3639

Guilty of price gouging My wife and I have had our email accounts with Wisper for several years at a cost of $2/mo for each account--a total of $4/mo. Wisper has now raised the cost to $10/mo per account--a total of $20/mo. That's a 500% increase. This is price gouging plain and simple as Wisper goes the extra mile in contributing to the current inflationary economy.

More than pleased I have had wisper internet service since around 2003 when I really needed faster service while doing web maintenance - I would literally up load some pictures, go cut the grass - 2-2.5 hours and still had pictures uploading when I returned. Their service has been phenomenal, In that time I have been down less than 20 times for any extended time - hours not days. Since I am rural I don't have a lot of options for internet service. I only have one complaint - technical service - slow - unavailable at times. I understand the problem of why - just wish the availability and response time was better

Overall a great experience for rural internet Easynet and now Wisper has been great each time we have called and reported an outage or a slowness in internet. Living in a rural area (although only 3 miles from Sedalia), our internet options are limited, but we have not hesitated to recommend to others. We do not work from home, so cannot speak to that aspect, but our high school age kids have had no issues where homework is concerned.
