GBOverall a great experience for rural internet Easynet and now Wisper has been great each time we have called and reported an outage or a slowness in internet. Living in a rural area (although only 3 miles from Sedalia), our internet options are limited, but we have not hesitated to recommend to others. We do not work from home, so cannot speak to that aspect, but our high school age kids have had no issues where homework is concerned.

GBLoss of signal on internet. Loss of signal on internet. Employee replaced equipment and moved it up to be able to get signal. Employee worked hard to regain signal,did a great job we have had no problem since. Any time we have had a issue Wispher has been on top of it. Grea Company service and some really great employees.

GB5 outta 5 Truthfully wisper is a great service for us. Always good fair prices in fact even cheaper than most ISP. We almost always have good signal, we run phones, roku, security cameras, ps4 online for 65 a month, isn't that a deal! The only issue we have encountered is buffering during storms, which is understandable as is satilite internet. Technical support is always friendly and patient, they'll even teach you a few tricks so you don't have to call if your router goes flashing. All and all I give wisper 5 putts 5. Thanks wisper

GBThe Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was… The Missouri Human Rights Act" Well was hoping to give a better review but after feeling discrimination from the hiring process for being honest about my health seems oh I know illegal but I only read up on the laws.. Customer service is crap tried to call Brea Pearson to figure out why the discrimination has occurred, sales department has me looping over to another department " tech department " when i asked for hr department. Weird thing is I have a interview later in the week same exact position for Spectrum. Long story short not very professional over the phone so I doubt customer service would be any better if allowed near my family. If needing reliable service just keep Spectrum

GBI can't say the service has improved… I can't say the service has improved since Easy Net became Wisper. We still have slow service and sometimes very off and on. What I really dislike is that former Easy Net customers do not have anyone to contact other than the office during business hours Monday thru Friday for outages. If our service is out on the weekend we have to wait until Monday to report it.
