Great Broker Platform I cannot emphasize enough how great of customer service the whole platform and the team is. They will be on top of every and any need you have, not to mention the open-mindedness that you do not get with any other broker platform. Definitely some improvements need to be done, but overall I am quite happy I worked with such a great team. The amount of accounting options and number tracking methods substantially increase to ease paperwork, increasing work efficiency in some areas that were very stressful before. In general, I loved the platform.

Need better email Every time I send an invoice it either goes to the customers junk or spam box. If it does some how get to them they don’t know it’s me because the emails say Carshipio not my company name. This delays pays considerably

Good Car Hauling soft Good Car Hauling soft. A lot of functions, but they support with the on boarding. I like that I can store all the docs directly there, no need to keep the papers or worry if lost. They got some pretty cool functionality I really needed and didn't find with JTracker or the rest.

I can't rave enough about the customer… I can't rave enough about the customer service CarShipIO offers to their customers! I recently signed up and from the start they have been so helpful and informative with their platform! What a time saver this platform is that they've created to help Transportation Brokers like myself keep freight moving with less paperwork and more organization.
