GBThe platform has merit- but The platform definitely has merit- but... lacks ability to map out departments, etc from database. Too many items dont have UPC codes & adding tags & asking CH folks to make corrections just doesn't fly. Communication too scattered, persons of contact seem too removed, no clear cut person to call to "get it done". Plenty of time, emails, and calls & still left with a product unable to get ready to turn loose on public. ALL tech companies say their products can, when they are incomplete or just can't...I hoped City Hive was different- but its not. Perhaps a full custom integration would've worked out?? Maybe CH is perfect for smaller stores w/ limited SKUs? Or maybe its just not suited for PA D's I dont know but it wasnt the experience I was hoping for.
