GBI TOLD THEM MY PROBLEM!! I was so grateful that I had a problem with my not so accurate with my inventory so occasionally I would get an order when my real stock was zero. I asked to have a no show for anything 3 or less until I get my inventory perfect. Problem solved in one afternoon!! Custom is a big deal!
