When it works its good When it works its good. But alot of times the files or mailes dont get atteched to the right document in SFDC.

Really difficult to learn and use all… Really difficult to learn and use all the functionality. Calendar sync with Saleforce is most difficult. The uploading of business cards into Salesforce also needs lots of work, have to enter in the company name almost 100% of the time.
