It does an adequate job of syncing… It does an adequate job of syncing email to salesforce. The only thing it does better than Salesforce for Outlook is the ability to edit salesforce within Outlook. ZynCal is very limited to what it can do compared to other collaborative calendar tools out there.

Ongoing issues Ongoing issues with the Gmail version, ongoing issues with Outlook version. Lack of easy connections (used to be able to get list of open cases by opening suggested contact in side bar, that is gone), have to search fairly exactly, and lots of general frustrations.
