GBGood service to work with We made a reservation over the phone because the web site wouldn't let me finish. We were happy with the rate but eventually had to cancel because of weather issues. We received a full refund and would use LEXY again.

GBLuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for… LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

GBAbsolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service - paid $25 extra for an add-on I didn’t receive, then one bag wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. When I realized I tried to call Luxy only to be hung up on three times because “dispatchers were busy.” Finally got the driver on the phone and he wouldn’t come back to drop off the bag, I would have to go an hour out of my way to pick up. Never using again

GBSTAY AWAY!! Plenty of better services available. They were late picking us up (arrival 10 minutes after we already had our bags; 30 minutes past pick-up time) and didn’t provide the additional services we paid for (which was also why we chose the company in the first place). Upon letting the company know, the only response we received was a partial refund which didn’t even cover the service we did not receive. We just decided to never use the company again instead of fighting them further. Now, we realize this is common practice for this company and a regular complaint. STAY AWAY!!

GBThey are improving They are improving. I have found that sometimes drivers pick up the reservation last minute but although that makes you anxious to know someone is coming there hasn't been a time that no one has come. The only slight negative is that the drivers are very robotic and don't converse or make conversation to make it a personal feel.
