GBGood service to work with We made a reservation over the phone because the web site wouldn't let me finish. We were happy with the rate but eventually had to cancel because of weather issues. We received a full refund and would use LEXY again.

GBAbsolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service - paid $25 extra for an add-on I didn’t receive, then one bag wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. When I realized I tried to call Luxy only to be hung up on three times because “dispatchers were busy.” Finally got the driver on the phone and he wouldn’t come back to drop off the bag, I would have to go an hour out of my way to pick up. Never using again

GBThey left us without a ride We booked a ride with Luxy two weeks in advance of our arrival in Charleston SC. 12 hours before we were scheduled to depart, I received an email advising that our booked ride was being cancelled due to no available drivers. I was happy I checked my email or I would have been left standing around wondering. A car service that is supposedly so highly rated should at least have called us in case we didn't check our email. Also, why wait until the last minute to advise us we would be without a ride? Not professional at all.

CAThe worst experience ever The worst experience ever! I received much better service from Uber and instead of paying 300.00, I paid 100.00. Lucy ride did not deliver!! Paid extra for meet and greet-didn’t happen! Driver left after 45 minutes waiting. Would highly recommend never using their service. Go Uber! Save big money and better service.
