Simply amazing I have had many one to one sessions (over the phone, zoom & face to face), also group meditation classes with Grace and I couldn’t recommend them enough. With her wisdom and encouragement, she has helped me gain the power to become the person I have always dreamed of being. Wow! I had the pleasure of meeting Grace at a meditation & healing wellness session in the woods a few weeks ago. I treated myself to some of the gorgeous harem meditation pants…I LOVE how I feel when I’m wearing them & I will definitely be getting them in the other colours! I also took one of Grace’s handmade Energy Protection sprays. Wow! I am going through an extremely challenging time in my life at the moment & I’ve had some very difficult situations to confront. The energy spray gives me a real sense of “You’ve got this!” It helps to cleanse any negative energy & protect my energy. I find it eases my stress & anxiety- It has become my handbag hero, I don’t go anywhere without it. Thank you Grace.

Feminine Flow Retreat Just got back from a Feminine Flow Retreat with Grace, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I met a brilliant group of woman. Grace does this with ease & is a natural at holding woman in a safe space. Her work is powerful & i felt a big energetic shift for the better. We laughed, we cried, we danced, we shared experiences and bonded on another level. I will cherish this weekend for life. Can’t wait for the next one. I can 100% Recommend Grace and all of her work is outstanding in what she does. 5 stars and 10\10.

Feminine Flow Retreats ❤️ Thank you Grace ❤️ You have helped me come home to myself. Grace holds such a beautiful space for women to really settle into their feminine flow, connect back to themselves and other women in sisterhood. I have attended two of the 3-day feminine flow retreats and just returned from the Glastonbury retreat at the Chalice Well Gardens ❤️ I attended my first retreat on my own and instantly felt welcomed, safe and loved by Grace and all the women who joined. Amazing and unforgettable experiences every single time! I always come home filled with love, gratitude and feeling more in tune with myself. I can’t recommend Grace enough, she is truly gifted. Womb ceremony healing experience I did a womb healing ceremony with Grace and it was so uplifting. I felt stuck in an overprotective mode towards myself for a while after experiencing a traumatic experience with a guy, as well as deep diving into my past and shadows for a few months. I was ready to turn the page on my past and allow myself to feel lighter and i definitely did feel lighter after this ceremony thats for sure! She makes you feel so welcome and safe and she's so gifted at meditation, holding a space and an incredible healer overall. Thank you so much Grace ❤️
