Forest Bathing Retreat. I just did a half day forest bathing retreat with Grace. The day was brilliant start to finish. We did grounding and connecting to the earth. Meditation, card reading, forest bathing. I came back feeling so uplifted and big shift in my mental energy. I needed this so much. Grace is an amazing teacher its effortless for her. Her energy is infectious. You always have a positive experience with her. I can’t wait for the next one. I recommend this for anyone that needs a day off from life.

Tranquil Graces meditation classes are so relaxing, she guides you comfortably through step by step. She is very clear and I found it easy to visualise as I followed her guidance.
