Free Trial - Takes $70 from my account. I signed up for a trial and tried to cancel within the 'free period' only to have $70 AUD taken from my account. For the limited time I spent on Syllaby before realising it was not useful to me or my business to be charged $70 is ridiculous. Beware.

However, you can utilize this amazing tool even if you're not a huge influencer or on any social media platforms. Its AI features allow users to create content quickly and accurately, while its keyword idea generator offers suggestions in real time. Meaning it's better than other AI writing tools because Syllaby is using current trending data. And the other guys well not so much I believe theirs doesn't have the last 2 years so that is a huge powerful feature. It's so easy to create content that is specific and tailored to your brand. Additionally, Syllaby's user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone to use, regardless of experience or skill level.

Implement everything Austin recommends! Syllaby.io is a genius product and designed by one too. If you don't know who Austin Armstrong is aka @socialtypro you are missing out on a lot. Syllaby.io is the only tool you need to work with to create blog article and video scripts for your business based on what your potential customers are searching. And this is just the start, there will probably be more things coming on the roadmap. Being one of the first 100 to use the product has been awesome and the development of the products has improve 50X since January. Haters are going to hate but check out Austin's content and make your mind up. Syllaby.io is still in its infancy. As it is now, that's impressive!

Cannot contact Syllaby.io to cancel a charge I wanted to share my recent experience with your platform. On May 14th, I decided to give Syllaby.io a try by signing up for a 7-day trial. Unfortunately, within just a few minutes, it became apparent that the service did not meet my expectations. I promptly canceled my subscription by navigating to the "Subscription" section on your website. To my surprise, on May 21st, I noticed a charge of $49.00 USD on my account from Syllaby.io, despite having canceled my subscription. I immediately tried to reach out to your company to rectify this mistake, but I was unable to find any contact information on your website. This situation led me to contact my bank in order to initiate a chargeback. However, it is disheartening to inform you that the bank informed me that the chargeback was unsuccessful, as your company allegedly did not confirm my cancellation and placed the burden of proof on me. I believe it is important for companies to uphold ethical practices and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Syllaby.io has been quite disappointing, as I have encountered difficulties in resolving this issue. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should be able to trust in the services they subscribe to and receive the support they need when facing challenges.
