Easy to use Easy to use. User friendly. A great experience. 10 of 10.

Shocking customer service I took out the trial, to realise it’s not what I need for my company. They took the money out of my account midday on the last day of the trial. I have tried contacting them 4 times to via their contact us form, to hear nothing back. Customer service is awful. For a new start up I’d expect CX to be top of their priority list.

Doesn't give free trial Syllaby promises a free trial on signup without payment but then requires $50 subscription
