Great data and easy to use but... Great data and easy to use interface however, the pricing structure isn't fair or clear at first. You pay £16 per area, which in my case was a town of 80,000 people and subsequent areas would cost an additional £16, so very expensive! I wanted to look at whole regions and multiple towns and cities.

Product is not performing The product isn't functioning properly on internet browsers like Google Chrome or Safari. It lacks seamlessness, especially noticeable when buttons are clicked, as it takes a long time to load. At this stage, I feel like I'm paying for a product that I can't even use. Also, if you were to add the software canny.io for your customers to provide feedback for a better product that could move forward and be better in the future.

It’s quite good. It’s quite good. You’re gonna be able to extract enough data in order to make smarter investments, however, the information you’re going to want will not be summarised by airdna and you will have to make your own spreadsheets in order to summarise and conclude your findings. I will say that if you’re willing to do proper analysis of the data yourself then airdna should be really useful for you.

The new updates are brutal The new updates are brutal! It makes the product almost un usable. You can't click on property links that will redirect to the actual airbnb site. The mobile site literally doesn't work at all. You can no longer filter properties in size etc. I have been a paying customer with this company since 2020. I have already reached out regarding how bad the new update is. Looking at this page seems like there are a lot that agree. @airdna you guys need to go back to the old platform or fix all the current issues. I have already signed up for free trials with your competitors as unfortunately the new update makes the site a hassle to use.
