The new updates are brutal The new updates are brutal! It makes the product almost un usable. You can't click on property links that will redirect to the actual airbnb site. The mobile site literally doesn't work at all. You can no longer filter properties in size etc. I have been a paying customer with this company since 2020. I have already reached out regarding how bad the new update is. Looking at this page seems like there are a lot that agree. @airdna you guys need to go back to the old platform or fix all the current issues. I have already signed up for free trials with your competitors as unfortunately the new update makes the site a hassle to use.

Data over Drama I am a relative new comer to the STR market, but I appreciate the multiple data points that AirDNA provides. Any business decision has to be grounded in good information and AirDNA lives by the moto "Data before Drama".

Great data and easy to use but... Great data and easy to use interface however, the pricing structure isn't fair or clear at first. You pay £16 per area, which in my case was a town of 80,000 people and subsequent areas would cost an additional £16, so very expensive! I wanted to look at whole regions and multiple towns and cities.
