GBThe lift program and the community have… The lift program and the community have been so helpful in making me feel more positive about myself and what my body is capable of. I love that I don't feel alone and that I have support. My prolapse isn't terrible, but the program gives me the tools and the hope that I can maintain my current level of prolapse and possibly make it better! The program has given me so much valuable information!! I highly recommend the Lift program and anything Dr. Bri puts together!!

GBThe best prolapse program!! The Lift program has changed my life. It has been such a wonderful way to strengthen my pelvic floor after having 4 kids. The program is a lovely slow progression with well explained exercises that I can easily follow. I enjoy doing these exercises, Brianne makes it fun!!! Brianne is an excellent teacher and has made a fantastic program that will help you get your body back to being active again!

CADr Bri is a life saver!! I can't say enough good about Dr. Bri and the programs she has put together. I went through the Overcome and Lift programs, and then Momentum. Momentum is so special, as she provides small group coaching and two one-on-one sessions that are totally geared to individual needs. There are also 30 exercises you can access through Momentum which bridge the gap from the Overcome and/or Lift programs to help you prepare for other exercises you can do as your pelvic floor continues to improve. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is very caring. And it all shows - all the time!! And another bonus - once you sign up for the programs you have lifetime access to them - which really is great as you can revisit them as your body needs them.

GBInvaluable knowledge and support Over the last 5 or so years I have found Dr Bri’s advice, You Tube clips, podcasts and support invaluable. As I trust her advice and knowledge I bought LIFT about 6 months ago - I conscientiously followed the programme and have definitely experienced benefits. I now need to be more conscientious on the maintenance programme! I am 64 years old and I have a rectocele diagnosed about 6 years ago - I am much more informed about prolapse, how to manage it and more confident - mainly due to Dr Bri’s support. Thank you!

GBVery pleased—age 67 Prolapse was beginning to sideline my confidence and my life even changed my exercise program. Started with week 1 lift, added a kegel camp daily, added, quick butt daily and added sidelying workout. Purchased Lift. Very pleased with results obviously! Thanks!!
