Horrible customer service that doesn't answer I reached out to evoice as I was moving abroad and needed to manage my US company and have access to the phone. I was sold the product with the promise that this would be no big deal and super easy, that's what they are built to do! After porting the numbers over and getting situated abroad, I was then told that I can have numbers reach my abroad number, but that my carrier would also charge me international rates- WHAT.... to make things worse I had to pay international fees to get ahold of their customer service. After emailing, chatting in and contacting through the app (all ways I was told to contact), the final conclusion was that I needed to contact by phone to confirm my identity. Well I waited over an hour before someone answered. Once they did, they hung up... I chatted back in, when I explained my situation the chat support agent said, you need to call and then IGNORED ME. I work with a lot of different software and companies and have NEVER received such horrid customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I would consider using google voice or some other company.

AWESOME SERVICES … I don't know why I see 1 stars on the first page... the page I'm guessing my review will be posted. My company has been with them for months now and I've gotten EXCEPTIONAL service from evoice If I really had to give an actual rating I'd say 20 star 🌟 would be more accurate. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that because their phone lines are so busy they should offer a call back feature. They have one now but it's only for like they have four ppl ahead. It should be more like a few min of being on hold that it would give an estimate on how long. But again they have online chat so that's another bonus.

Evoice Showed What They Are About... I am adjusting this review to a 4 star because the company completely corrected the issue and went above and beyond to make sure this was not only corrected but was also taken care of due to the mistake. I would have this rather not happened in the first place of course but know that they truly care about their customers. Initial very upset review below as I want others reading this review to know that they do have excellent customer service I am stunned they turned this around. Initial Review: I first noticed from a customer that my business phone number was disconnected and then tested my business phone number to confirm. I then attempt to log into my business account and it states the information cannot be found. I call and wait on hold for 25 minutes and then I am disconnected. I speak with Eddie who lets me know it is an issue on their end that my account had been flagged for 100 calls per day. He then states they cannot fix the issue right away and make take 2-24 hours. I have now gone days with a disconnected business phone after years of service with the company. This must be a very small company with just a few employees as the wait time is incredibly long and the chat wait time is also excessive. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. As of now, I have lost thousands of dollars due to the company not being able to provide a business phone line.

Jeff Brownlee ... amazing guy! Jeff Brownlee has been amazing to work with. He went above and beyond and was able to solve all our problems. Even after we were setup, he gave us excellent support and made sure that our problem was fixed fast and effectively. Great guy to work with ... 4 thumbs up!

Lia was super helpful! I called from the US about some fraud committed on one of my cards, charged to evoice. Lia was extremely helpful in getting me information about the fraud which will help me get the problem resolved.
