NLProduct not working on MacBook Product not working on MacBook. After three months of trying being helped by customer service I give up. A solution does not come, their only solution consists of the tip to download the program again. A really crappy experience. April 2024: Of course I also contacted customer service in response to the response to my review. My last attempt is now a week ago. No reaction at all. Really outrageous when you look at what you pay for the product. Don't buy! I repeat: don't buy!

GBGreat service Having only recently bought their products, my desktop crashed and I had to replace it. I lost my software. I wrote and explained my situation and had a swift positive response that means within a day or so I was able to use the software again. Great service

CNI've been using VideoByte since around… I've been using VideoByte since around 3 Months, first the free plan, but since a few Weeks i bought the Month Subscription and im very happy with VideoByte. I'll probably extend my subscription once its over. I can only recommend this!

GBso far I have written 5 support emails… so far I have written 5 support emails and received no response. the release code does not work so I have paid for something that is inaccessible. There seems to be no email, phone or address to contact- it seems like a scam

MYIt's easy to email videobyte and get a… It's easy to email videobyte and get a prompt response, explain everything clearly and deal with any questions or concerns. I was so impressed with their customer service that it put my mind at ease. Highly recommended and will continue to use regularly.
