This is a scam it seems. Just stealing peoples money! I purchased a tier level for $130 plus tax which clearly stated as one of the benefits would be full technical support for the products I purchased. I have been trying relentlessly to get in touch with their so called technical support team and no one has responded whatsoever! I honestly feel this is not legitimate and is a scam. The software I purchased would not even download. I will also be writing to the better business bureau to share my experience. Completely bogus! I’m demanding an immediate refund! Update response to VideoByte: My order number is: 923279133 Oh so now after reaching out like 10 times through your proper channels listed ‘trouble ticket’ , that you simply never responded to, it would take this negative review to catch your attention?? Typical scammers! Above is my order number so either refund my card in full or I will file a fraud claim with my banking institution! I want nothing to do with a company that behaves in such a deceptive manner! Offering customers things that actually don’t even exist as it turns out! BluRay/DVD Ripper Not Working I purchased the BluRay/DVD ripper program back in December because I was seeing their add online that this program RIPs ALL DVD & BluRays. I have majority DVD’s and this program in 4 months has failed after 10% on over 20 DVD’s and it is getting worse! I have reached out to customer service, left comments, provided logs, provided pictures, provided the drive I am using and NOTHING. Instead of this program getting better, it is getting WORSE! For what I paid for this program, free rippers do a better job than this program! I cannot recommend and strongly suggest not buying this product as it is false advertisement.
