I have sent them two inquiries without response and without receiving an email confirmation that they have received my inquiry. This seems like a scam. A solution does not come, their only solution consists of the tip to download the program again. A really crappy experience. GBI cannot get any audio after ripping… I cannot get any audio after ripping dvd. I can’t seem to get hold of customer service and not having much luck with several extensions I have tried. I have a Mac computer if this makes any difference.
