It is a $699 demo software version - your better off finding a linux distro to open VMFS files from command line. No support Software doesn't recover files and support doesn't answer my support ticket, even though I've payed for priority support. --- EDIT 22/09 --- Reply stated I got an answer on my support ticket. I didn't. --- EDIT 24/11 --- Ticket #327252 - No reply after 24/08 Ticket #395229 - No reply at all If there's a third option (aside from email and your website) where I can find whether or not I was answered, please let me know.

I accidentally formatted the wrong… I accidentally formatted the wrong drive and was looking for a way to get my files back. After reading the reviews, I decided to experiment with the trial version of this diskinternals software and was completely impressed by its fast performance and ability to recover all types of files. After thinking about it for a few days, I finally invested in a license - despite the price, I have no regrets! The program is incredibly convenient and effective. I highly recommend this!
