They have an online recovery tool apart from their software. so you don't need to download any software. it didn't take more than 3 minutes to remove my password protection. also, the customer support is really good.

Scary and dubious! Today I wanted to buy a licence key from this website. They offer an online service to remove passwords from word documents. I needed this service so I paid about 20 USD via credit card. Right after that it just said on the website "your order is being processed" instead of displaying the licence key and letting me use the product. Then I received an email from PayProGlobal that I should send them my phonenumber in order for my order to be completed. There was no emailaddress, so I had to call this company and was forced to give them my phonenumber! They then called me back to check the validity of my phonenumber and only after that I got the licence key via email to the product I had already purchased!! The licence key then worked but I found the whole process very dubios, scary and looking like scam. I wonder what they do with my phonenumber? Identity theft? Luckily it wasn't my real phonenumber and I will get my credit card changed! I will never do business with them again and would anyone advise to choose another company for password removal!

Useless to find a VBA Project password Warning: do not use this service if you're looking to find a lost password on a VBA Project. They cannot find it, despite their website pricing indicating they can. I paid the fee (£31.95) only to find that they can only remove such a password. They will only find a password to open a file. Not recommended at all. There clearly is not enough effort made to clearly inform what this website can and can't do. I find this lacks integrity - it's deceptive and dishonest. RESPONDING TO THE REPLY: the info on the website is contradictory. On the pricing page, it indicates £15.95 to remove a password and £31.95 to find a password. It seems to be deliberately deceptive and confusing. UPDATE: to their credit, my payment was eventually refunded, and they've changed the wording on their website to make it a little clearer what can and can't be done, which I appreciate. Looks like TrustPilot works, and fulfils a useful function.

Don't purchase Password-Find--Difficult to get Refund I purchased the Password-Find product in hopes of removing the password from a protected document that I could not unlock. Not only did the product not work, but my many requests for a refund have not been fulfilled. I have reached out to PayPro Global, the "trusted" e-commerce seller utilized by Password-Find, and they answer every time but give me the same run around to "give 48-hours" for the seller to respond. What's even more discouraging, the email for Password-Find that gets CC'ed to these email exchanges has bounced my emails every time I have attempted to reach someone through it. I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 2, as they eventually refunded my account.
