After attempting to crack the password of an excel file using 3 other software programs (Passper for Excel, iSunshare Excel Password Genius, iiSeePassword Dr.Excel (Basic). Concerned not genuine site I bought an licence key and they were unable to find my password which was a little surprising but never mind. What was more concerning was that I emailed them to request a refund and my emails keep bouncing. I then tried to message on Facebook and the DMs will not send. I am starting to worry I have been conned. Update: I have also tried to call them and their phone number does not work. Further update: after pursuing the payglobal agents I have now finally been issued with a full refund. I had to relentlessly email them though! Lesson learnt- do not use this site!!!
