GBMy experience Spoke to a person before l ordered on line,l had a few questions & she was very helpful so then.l went & ordered it,as soon as it left their warehouse,which was two to three days at most l had my tracking number & l had my spa around two weeks later,delivery guys where good,no problems

GBWhen I needed to contact customer… When I needed to contact customer service, they were easily accessible. Also,I was extremely pleased with the shipping time. I received my hot tub approximately fifteen days from my order date. Most places advertise 5-8 weeks. They are amazingly faster and offer great products at affordable prices.

CAI had an avarage experience wth Outlet… I had an avarage experience wth Outlet Spas. Ther weren't any thrills to their services. Prices were fin, nothing spetacular. I wouldn't say that ther site is particularly user-frendly and block navigation is quite slow. I would recemmend starting out with simplar models, as the more complicated ones can be difficult to configure. This was a baseline experince for me, nothing terribly memorible.
