GBDo not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX… Do not buy the Lifesmart Paradise DLX (LS450DX) 7-Person 22-Jet Plug and Play Spa! I had this hot tub for two months and it stopped working. I had to have a technician come to my house to try to figure it out. The manufacturer mailed me the part that was needed to fix the tub. However, they mailed the wrong part! This caused me to have to have my technician come back. Not only did the warranty company Watkins Wellness refuse to pay for the second visit from my technician which was entirely their fault but they only refunded me for half of the cost that it actually cost me to repair the hot tub that I only owned for two months. Not only that, this hot tub SUCKS if you live in cold climates. I live in PA and this hot tub cannot hold the heat in the winter. I can never get it above 70 degrees and I have TWO insulated covers on it. I tried letting outlet spas know about my terrible experience with watkins wellness and all they did was mail me two filters....I spend thousands of dollars but thanks so much for the filters..?

GBGood customer service Spa delivery was flexible. When I called about a question, a human picked up right away! Emailed me the info I needed. Took off one star because there is nothing clear in print about how to set up chemicals for the first time. Panel buttons, jet controls not clear in manual

GBYes it was great customer service I had… Yes it was great customer service I had a few problems a everything was great as far as the spa it’s ok personally I should have picked a spa with two pump motors for more water pressure

CAI had an avarage experience wth Outlet… I had an avarage experience wth Outlet Spas. Ther weren't any thrills to their services. Prices were fin, nothing spetacular. I wouldn't say that ther site is particularly user-frendly and block navigation is quite slow. I would recemmend starting out with simplar models, as the more complicated ones can be difficult to configure. This was a baseline experince for me, nothing terribly memorible.
