GBContent is good, but.... Content is good. interface and usability is lacking. I used to be able to access from my Mac desktop - but no longer. I trade off using the app between my iPad and iPhone. I often get an error message that another device is logged in. Makes things bringing convenient when you're traveling and don't have both devices handy. There is no native iPad app, so there are video orientation issues. I will most likely drop my subscription due to these issues.

GBThey give great details and information… They give great details and information on stretching with mobility. This helps me stay very active despite getting older. It gives me structure in the morning or before I start to roll in BJJ.

GBVirtual Mobility Coach I've only had access to the Virtual Mobility Coach app for a couple weeks now, but I am really impressed by the various MOBs and the ability to target specific areas of the body to work on. Just having the app has increased the amount of mobility work I do on a daily basis.

CAMobility for life It all started with a copy of The Supple Leopard. Three years later The Ready State programs, protocols and certifications enhance every fitness class I create for the members at my gym. This year I've been invited to lead mobility sessions at off season training camp for the local U18 girls football team. Can't wait!

GBThis is my jam This is my jam! I'm a sufferer of chronic pain and while I'm starting my relationship with specialists, I am happy to know that I can always count on Kelly and his crew to help me relieve pain, improve mobility, and increase range of motion. I firmly believe your programming should be a part of every pain patient's prescription. Thank you too for keeping things light but informative during all of your sessions. I owe you all so much.
