GBGreat programing, app and execution could use some work I don’t like it that the intro videos are always there in every category. I don’t need to watch them over and over. The demonstrators seem competent and comfortable but the videos lack polish. In fact in some of the demonstration there were errors or bloopers. Really, couldn’t rerecord? And sometimes wearing loose or baggy clothing actually covers the area being treated and eliminates the visual aspect of the instruction. The biggest complaint is that I can’t use it in landscape mode on my iPad. It makes it very difficult to really see what they are doing in a way that makes clean and portable.

GBUseful and Useable Products TRS uses plain language to explain stuff and is able to communicate how to use their products in a clear and useful way. The products are high quality at a reasonable price and the customer service is fire. Love these guys and their products. I'll be a loyal customer for life!

CAReally good videos with full… Really good videos with full explanations making it easier to understand how best to do the specific stretch or rolling activity. Would be better if there was something on Groin Area Pain, which I could not find easily.

GBFirst impressions The overall program is superb and is going to change my relationship with my body. I didn't award 5 stars because in my experience there are still some technical glitches. I did the mobility test and entered scores, but they didn't save. I also think there could be better on-line guidance on how to figure out how to best use the app to fashion one's own daily mobility routine.
